With just 25 apartments in our first development coming soon to Coffs Harbour, our intimate settings are designed to encourage meaningful interactions, real connections, and a genuine sense of home.

As we prepare to begin construction at our first Kado Residences site on Prince Street in Coffs Harbour and open the doors to our inaugural Kado Wellness Recovery Centre down the road on Orlando Street, you’ll find the Kado Team hands-on, actively engaged and committed to making a meaningful impact in the local community.
Eventually, our founders plan to be directly involved in the day-to-day experience of our residents, providing support and presence throughout their Kado journey.
